Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our Customer Service team at customer.service@boho5.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Items must be returned using the shipping label provided by Boho5.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defect).
  4. Condition of Returned Items:

    • Please pack your items securely to avoid damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Items that do not meet our return criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts) will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.
  3. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  2. Resolution:

    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the nature of the issue. Shipping costs for replacements or returns due to damage or defect will be covered by Boho5.
