At Boho 5 , each frame is handcrafted with unique specifications to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

• In the event of a return or exchange, all shipping fees (both ways) are fully charged to the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized frames cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases of damage during delivery.
